MARKETING COORDINATOR

About This Role

ECC Corporation is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to work in our Jacksonville, Florida office. This role will support firm-wide business development and marketing activities. We are looking for a strategic thinker that is creative, detail-oriented, collaborative and organized. The Marketing Coordinator will work under the direction of the Chief Development officer and will perform client program research, opportunity tracking, writing, and will produce proposals, collateral and marketing materials. This position will require working with executive leadership, technical teams, project managers, subconsultants and support staff.

Responsibilities

Assists the team with design and production of proposals, statements of qualifications, prequalification packages, resumes, project profiles, presentations, and other marketing materials.
Writes, edits and proofreads all copy and ensures key messages and branding are consistent with internal standards.
Establishes and adheres to production timelines to meet client deadlines.
Participates in strategic planning, providing documentation of action items and follow-up with team members.
Manages multiple marketing efforts ongoing at the same time. Prioritizes work based on direction from leadership.
Learns and understands ECC’s service lines, experience and target markets.
Ensures marketing resources are current including resumes and project profiles.
Develops internal firm-wide communications, as needed.
Develops and produces creative content.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Journalism, Business, English or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of related experience, preferably with a professional services firm in the A/E/C industry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.
