ECC is providing construction consulting services for the Steamship Authority (SSA)’s new passenger terminal and utility building in Woods Hole.

As part of a multi-phased program, the passenger terminal will provide climate resilient services in a net zero/LEED Gold facility.  Scopes include installation of geotherm wells, geo-pier foundations, flood barriers, and an open atrium with curtain wall to address summer passenger increases. The $32M project is scheduled to be completed in May 2026.
