ECC is supporting Segue’s $10M expansion to Pawtucket RI by providing OPM services for the renovation of their newly acquired 3-story property. The facility will educate 400 high schoolers with concentration in education. Inga Knox is leading the ECC team and is working with the city, RIDE SBA and stakeholders with design management, master budget and schedule development, reimbursement applications and the selection of a CM for the CM at Risk delivery approach. The project anticipates open in early 2025.
