ECC Awarded OPM Services for Kernwood Country Club Phase 1 Renovation Project – Salem MA. 2024

Established in 1914 by a group of Boston business leaders, Kernwood Country Club is rich in history with the likes of Walter Hagen, Francis Ouimet, and Donald Ross himself present for grand opening exhibition matches. Today, Kernwood remains one of the most beautiful clubs in the Northeast.

ECC, led by Chris Simmler AIA, is providing OPM services for this $9.3M club renovation that involves a new pool/splash pad/tiki bar; new foyer/entrance; major kitchen renovation; pro shop renovation and installation of Pickle Ball courts. ECC services include CM Procurement; Master Program confirmation; design management, master budget and schedule development and overall management of the project with the club’s building committee and facility director.
