Project Management
ECC is full “cradle to grave” project management firm. Our team has extensive Design, Bid, Build experience as well as Design/Build, and CM at risk deliveries. We provide Resident Engineering, Inspection, and Commissioning services for a variety of public and private clients. Â Â
Track
Whether performing routine maintenance or construction of new facilities, grade crossings, and yards, ECC performs all tasks in house. Our team of Track professionals has certifications for inspections and maintenance up through class 9 track. We understand the differences in requirements for both Passenger and Freight operators, and provide staging and coordination accordingly. Safety is our number 1 goal, and our projects are planned and executed accordingly. Â
Communications and Signals
The ability to self perform our own signal work is what sets us apart. We have extensive maintenance and construction experience on grade crossings, interlockings, movable bridges, PTC and ABS signal systems. Our staff has worked on both passenger and freight railroads, on controlled and non-controlled tracks and have been instrumental in the implementation of these wayside systems from their inception. Our team is on call for emergency services as well as routine. Â Â
